Processing and delivery estimates

Our current standard delivery estimate is generally 5–10 working days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Processing time, destination, carrier operations, customs, public holidays, weather, and peak periods can affect delivery.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details are sent using the contact information supplied with the order or made available through your order status page.

Address accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment.

Customs, duties, and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or local fees imposed by the destination country. Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows an unusual delay, failed delivery, or another delivery problem, contact us with your order number. We may ask you to confirm the address or contact the carrier as part of the investigation.
